Who
is Eligible?:
Couples, singles
and families who:
Have been referred
through drug diversion programs
Have alcohol and
other drug issues
Are able to live
independently
Are willing to
participate in treatment
Are aged 18 or
over
Aims:
To assist individuals
who have undergone an alcohol and other drug withdrawal program or who
need assistance in controlling their alcohol and other drug use.
To link individuals
to alcohol and other drug and general support services based on individual
treatment plans.
To provide support
in managing alcohol and other drug use.
To assist in your
search for future long term stable accommodation options
Details:
Length of Stay:
3-12 months
Cost: 25% of your
income with an additional charge for utilities
Location of properties:
Northern metropolitan region, mostly in City of Hume
Staff: There are
no live-in staff
Region: State-wide
