This endorsement will enable Moreland Hall's Alcohol and Drug Nurse Practitioner to prescribe a range of medications within a set formulary for clients undergoing withdrawal. Included in the medication formulary are Buprenorphine and combination product Buprenorphine / Naloxone. The succesful endorsement further strengthens the capacity for Moreland Hall to provide timely and appropriate access for clients to withdrawal treatment. Moreland Hall continues to strengthen its shared care model with comunity GPs. |
