Run at UnitingCare Moreland Hall and other Alcohol and Other Drug Agencies in Metro and Rural Victoria.

Who can attend

Anyone who has received a Cannabis Caution from the Police or anyone who has concerns about their cannabis use (family and friends welcome).

About the program

The 2 hour education session follows the harm minimisation principles of Australia's National Drug Strategy and aims to reduce drug related harm. Participants will be provided with information and strategies which will assist them to:

  1. Identify and reduce drug-related harms
  2. Reduce and stop drug use
  3. Access ongoing treatment and support

The session will cover:

  • Cannabis related information
  • Short & long term effects
  • Harm reduction and making positive changes
  • Treatment and support services
