How to access programs at Moreland Hall

First Stop - Intake Worker

If you would like to know how you or a family member or friend could access treatment at Moreland Hall, you can contact the Intake Worker.

The Intake Worker assists the caller to consider appropriate treatment options, provides information on how to access those services at Moreland Hall and takes referrals for counselling services.

To speak to the Intake Worker, telephone 9386 2876 from 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday.

Withdrawal Services

Moreland Hall provides a range of services to assist people to withdraw from drugs including alcohol.
An initial assessment is carried out to determine which withdrawal service best suits the individual's needs.
The withdrawal services are:

Homebased
Outpatient
Community residential - Adult
Community residential - Youth

Residential Withdrawal Services are provided for people residing anywhere in Victoria. Non-residential Services are provided for people living in the Northern area of the North-West Metropolitan Region. If you are unsure of whether you are in this area please contact the intake worker to discuss accessing our services.

Counselling and Support

Counselling and Support Services provides a range of counselling, education and support services to individuals, families and support groups. This service is provided for clients, their families and friends, in order to assist with problems associated with alcohol and other drug use.

The objective of Counselling and Support Services is to provide a range of high-quality and responsive treatment options to clients, based on individual need, and which utilises a harm minimisation approach.
